In a candid interview with Plug TV on December 15, Kenyan gospel artist Guardian Angel addressed the rumors of infidelity and claims of a secret love child, dismissing them as baseless and irrelevant.
The renowned musician expressed unwavering love and devotion to his wife, Esther Musila, highlighting the strength of their relationship despite public scrutiny.
“I don’t pay attention to such things, “Guardian Angel remarked with confidence. “Those are just silly claims. I don’t have time for them.

Adding, “Such stories fade quickly, and now they’re already forgotten. So who looks foolish now? Those people are left stranded, searching for their next topic.”
Recently recognized as one of Kenya’s most-streamed artists, Guardian Angel also shared his contentment as a married man, emphasizing that his bond with Esther brings him complete happiness.
“I love my wife so much. The way I love her, I don’t think anyone could give me vanilla or strawberry vibes. With my wife, it’s the whole package.

Adding, “She respects me, loves me deeply, supports me fully. I have peace, money, and everything a man could ask for. I’m very content,” he said, proudly speaking about his fulfilling marriage.
The ‘Funga Mdomo’ hitmaker Guardian Angel revealed that he rarely responds to such unfounded accusations, choosing instead to seek divine intervention when faced with negativity. However, when necessary, he doesn’t hesitate to defend himself.
“If I’m pushed to the wall, I will defend myself thoroughly. I leave it to God first, but if it gets out of hand, I will act, and it will be serious. If needed, I’ll confront the person directly and say, ‘What’s the issue? Let’s discuss this openly,’” he explained.
The couple’s relationship has long been in the spotlight, largely due to their age difference. Guardian Angel is 34 years old, while his wife, Esther Musila, is 54. This has bothered many netizens online, but they don’t seem fazed. Like they say, “Mapenzi ni tight kama kifuniko ya gas.”
While Guardian Angel has previously expressed a willingness to have a child with Esther—who is a mother of three—he has also made it clear that he is at peace with the possibility that it may not happen.

In November 2024, Esther herself humorously addressed rumors about her husband’s alleged second marriage and child.
The speculation began after a TikTok video went viral, featuring the couple joyfully dancing to Guardian Angel’s latest song, ‘Mimi Ndiye Yule‘.
Dressed in matching pantsuits, their chemistry sparked some commenters to stir up rumors of a hidden family. One fan, under the handle @Joyline Adhiambo Joyce, left a commented. “I heard hubby secretly got married to a second wife who is now pregnant.”

Esther quickly responded with humor, writing, “It’s now you’re finding out? You will come so that we carry the baby.” In another solo dance video, a fan joked, “I hear you’ve been given a second wife,” to which Esther laughed it off, replying, “Naskia pia” (I’ve also heard).
Her lighthearted yet confident responses showed her refusal to engage in negativity. Despite the rumors, the couple remains steadfast in their love for each other, unbothered by societal expectations or criticisms.
Guardian Angel and Esther’s relationship continues to inspire admiration, with the musician emphasizing that their love story is about mutual respect, support, and peace—a bond that transcends the gossip and challenges they face in the public eye.
