He wanted me to kill my mother”-Harmonize breaks silence on explosive allegations by Ibraah

For the first time, Tanzanian superstar Harmonize has publicly responded to the shocking and deeply disturbing allegations made by his former signee Ibraah claims that have stunned fans, shaken the Konde Gang legacy, and sparked online outrage.

In a recent video, Harmonize addressed Ibraah’s viral accusation that the Konde Gang CEO once asked him to kill his own mother, and later summoned him into a private room under mysterious circumstances.

The accusations eerily echoed disturbing global scandals, including that of American rapper P Diddy, currently battling sexual assault lawsuits from multiple accusers.

While allowing Ibraah to exit Konde Gang without paying a cent, despite an initial Tsh1 billion contract termination fee, Harmonize couldn’t stay silent on the matter that has now cast a long shadow over his name and career.

“There is this statement of his saying that I had called him to the room, asking him to offer his mother as a sacrifice… it is very sad, and I also know how tarnishing it is.

And I don’t know if some people may believe it is true, but I have no choice, if a child poops on a parent’s hand, they can’t cut it off,” Harmonize said, his voice steady but heavy with emotion.

He denied all allegations with a mix of pain and grace, saying he would neither demand nor expect forgiveness.

“First, I have left it to God, and second, I have forgiven him, and lastly, I pray for him. I don’t need any forgiveness from him. If he sees it is productive, that is fine; if he sees the need to apologize to the people who heard those words, that is also fine.

On my part, I have no problem at all with him, he is my brother, he will continue to be my brother, and Konde Gang is his home because it is the label that made him.”

Harmonize’s words come in response to Ibraah’s emotionally charged post from a week earlier—a message laced with resentment, betrayal, and spiritual conflict. His words were not just accusations; they were accusations of deep psychological and spiritual manipulation:

“You are someone who even wanted me to brutally kill my mother, who gave birth… I know your goal is to see me completely lacking support so that I can come to your room again to beg you.

I am not food brother, I am a straight man and I continue to take care of your other evils because I believe you will remain a brother.”

The fallout has deeply divided fans and industry insiders alike, with many now questioning what lies beneath the surface of East Africa’s glamorous music scene.

Is this simply a personal rift blown out of proportion or the unraveling of something far more complex and damaging?

For now, Harmonize chooses silence over revenge. But one thing is clear: this is no longer just about music. It’s about broken trust, spiritual wounds, and a bond that may never be mended.
