Award-winning Kenyan singer Willy Paul has unleashed his fury over mistreatment at the Furaha City Festival, headlined by Bongo star Diamond Platnumz.

Videos from the event reveal a heated scene where Willy Paul was reportedly blocked from performing, only for Zuchu to be invited on stage instead.

The situation escalated when Diamond’s manager allegedly refused to let Willy Paul take the stage, prompting the Tanzanian star to storm out.

Fuelled by an enthusiastic crowd chanting his name, Willy Paul eventually took the stage, delivering a performance that became one of the night’s most electrifying moments.

Taking to Instagram, Willy Paul blasted the festival for sidelining Kenyan artists, accusing organizers of giving Tanzanian performers preferential treatment.

“Why are Kenyans being disrespected in front of Bongo artists?” he raged, lamenting last-minute schedule changes that ignored local talent. “Why are we allowing this?” he added, demanding more respect for Kenyan musicians.

Willy Paul fired back with a scorching statement following the shocking drama at the Furaha City Festival, where Diamond Platnumz stormed off and failed to perform.

The Kenyan star didn’t hold back, slamming the event organizers for sidelining local talent in favor of their Tanzanian headliners.

Pozze was consumed by anger and bitterness, and when his collaboration with Rayvanny played, he angrily told the DJ, “toa hiyo takataka,” leaving fans shocked.

Tanzanian superstar Rayvanny has finally responded to the shocking drama that unfolded at the Furaha City Festival, where Kenyan hitmaker Willy Paul (Pozze) boldly slammed their chart-topping collaboration Mmmh as “trash.”

Rayvanny took to social media to address the situation with a lighthearted yet meaningful post. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to his loyal Kenyan fans, emphasizing that their unwavering love and support continue to fuel his passion for music.

Drama unfolded as rumors swirled that Diamond stormed off stage when fans chanted Willy Paul’s name during his appearance.

However, Diamond Platnumz manager, Sallam, was quick to shut down the claims, spilling a different tea.

He accused Willy Paul of deliberately blocking Diamond’s lover, Zuchu, from performing, suggesting Paul was stirring up a fake rivalry with Diamond just to grab headlines.

As for Diamond’s no-show, Sallam clarified it had nothing to do with other artists. Instead, he pinned the blame on unresolved clashes between the event organizers and Diamond’s team.
